Having graduated BSc (Hons) in Physics from St. Andrews University
in 1977, Len joined OCLI Optical Coating Laboratory Inc as Technical
Engineer.
During 24 years with the company he went on to
hold various senior positions including Engineering Manager, Operations
Manager, Technology Manager and finally Business Development Manager.
Working in these different aspects of the business
has developed a wide expertise and understanding of thin film
design and manufacture in the following areas:
